    • Collected only while the app is in use, unless background location tracking is required for specific logistics services (e.g., real-time delivery tracking).

  • Phone Number

    • Collected during registration, login, and/or for account verification.

    • Used to contact you for service-related purposes such as shipment updates or account support.

  • Device Identifiers and Other IDs

    • Examples include Android ID, Advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, and similar identifiers.

    • Collected automatically by the App and certain third-party SDKs.

    • Used for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and (where applicable) personalized content or advertising.

  • Usage Data & Log Information

    • Includes app usage events, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information.

    • Helps us improve stability, security, and performance.

  • Optional Information

    • If you contact support or provide feedback, we may collect additional information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for:

  1. App Functionality – enabling login, shipment tracking, driver assignment, and account management.

  2. Location Services – real-time delivery tracking, route planning, navigation, and proof of service.

  3. Analytics & Performance – monitoring app usage and improving features.

  4. User Communication – sending notifications, updates, and support responses.

  5. Security & Compliance – fraud detection, prevention of misuse, and compliance with legal obligations.

  6. Advertising/Marketing – if applicable, to provide relevant offers (using Advertising ID only).

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers / SDK Partners – with trusted third-party analytics, mapping, location, and crash reporting providers who process data on our behalf.

  • Legal Compliance – if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • Business Transfers – in case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of the business assets.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

  • Location data is retained only as long as necessary to provide delivery tracking and operational support.

  • Phone numbers are retained as long as your account remains active.

  • Device IDs and analytics data are retained only as long as necessary for app functionality and performance monitoring.

  • We may retain some information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

  • You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

  • You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Google Settings → Ads).

  • You may manage location permissions in your device settings at any time. Note: disabling location access may limit certain app functionality (e.g., delivery tracking).

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date”. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
