Job Description
  • Responsible for developing a plan for creating sales goals and achieving targets.
  • Conduct for instigate sales calls to projected or current clients.
  • Sustain link up with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s shipment services.
  • Bring up new sales leads to secure business.
  • Maintain consistently positive interactions to boost customer relationships.
  • Follow up accounts daily to retain existing relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns about and follow up till resolution.
  • Represent the firm in negotiate and building up relationship with shippers and carriers.
  • Execute cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
