Job Description

• Looking after bulk Full Truck Loading operation in day-by-day basis
• Oversees new projects regarding the transportation service to the customers
• Generate new business and development in weekly & monthly basis and maintain good relationship with customers
• Fleet & Traffic Management for placement of vehicles
• Monitor employee’s activities and provide guidance wherever needed
• Ensuring the quality management and development of service
• Sales coordination with inbound and outbound customers to boost up sales
• Ensure a positive work culture along with the environment for all employees
• Implementation of safety programs  and  looking after the compliance with all safety policies
• Create and send reports to the concerned person of Operations
• Coordination with staff, Maintain & proper work schedule to complete task on given time schedule
• Looking for internal training programme with self and among the employees
