Delete Your Inland Pilot Account

If you would like to delete your Inland Pilot account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to syam.sundar@iwlpl.in using the email ID or phone number linked to your Inland Pilot account.

  2. Include the subject line: “Inland Pilot – Account Deletion Request”.

  3. In the body of the email, provide your registered phone number for verification.

What Happens Next

  • Once your request is verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

  • Certain records may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., invoices, regulatory compliance).

Data Retention After Deletion

  • Deleted: Account information, login credentials, contact details, app activity.

  • Retained (if required): Transactional data such as invoices, logistics records, and documents that Inland World Logistics is legally required to preserve.
