Job Description
- Responsible for developing a plan for creating sales goals and achieving targets.
- Conduct for instigate sales calls to projected or current clients.
- Sustain link up with clients and prospects.
- Conduct for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s shipment services.
- Bring up new sales leads to secure business.
- Maintain consistently positive interactions to boost customer relationships.
- Follow up accounts daily to retain existing relationships.
- Take ownership of customer concerns about and follow up till resolution.
- Represent the firm in negotiate and building up relationship with shippers and carriers.
- Execute cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
