Job Description
- To ensure documentation & submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
- Maintain files of all tenders (with all submitted documents)
- Internal coordination for the tender’s documents
- Analyze & track tender results & EMD / BG Refunds
- Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
- Preparing & filling E-Tenders & Bid Making
- Making reports such as EMD submissions.
- Correspondence for EMD refunds etc
- Handling Back Office work
- Co-ordination with the Sales Team
