Job Description

• To ensure documentation & submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
• Maintain files of all tenders (with all submitted documents)
• Internal coordination for the tender’s documents
• Analyze & track tender results & EMD / BG Refunds
• Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
• Preparing & filling E-Tenders & Bid Making
• Making reports such as EMD submissions.
• Correspondence for EMD refunds etc
• Handling Back Office work
• Co-ordination with the Sales Team
